Orders

In the case of normal mail, the expected delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days for Portugal.
If you choose express delivery, the estimated delivery time will be between 1 and 2 working days to Portugal. 
If the order is placed abroad, it will vary depending on the destination and the deadline will be shown at the time of payment.

*We would also like to inform you that these deadlines apply when the item is in stock, i.e. when you choose the item and are given the option to “add” it to your cart. If “order” appears, it means that the item will still be produced, so you should add 2 to 3 days to the estimated delivery time.

When the “add” button appears, it means that the product is in stock and will be delivered on time.
When the “order” button appears, it means that the product is not in stock, but will be produced within 2 to 3 days, so this period is added to the shipping date. 

Yes, however the costs will be borne by the customer. The cost of postage will vary depending on the shipping destination.

Returns are accepted if the item is not as expected. Damage may occur during transportation, in which case you should send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) explaining the situation, together with photographs of the damage so that we can return the item and refund the amount paid or replace it with a new item, whichever you prefer.

Have you had an idea for a piece? Or did you see a piece you liked and want something similar?
On the “Customize” tab, you'll have to fill in the requested fields such as “name”, “e-mail” and “cell phone number”, then you'll have a field to put in the approximate measurements of what you want (if you have an idea), choose the color, attach inspiration photos, and you'll also have a text field where you can put in what you idealize so that we can get to your dream piece.

We'll then contact you via e-mail or message (if you enter your contact details) to discuss some suggestions/ideas, and thus arrive at the long-awaited result for your piece.

Regarding dimensions: yes, absolutely. Just submit the request in the “Customize” tab and in the text field explain what you want and put the measurements in the respective field. If the size difference is significant, there may be a price adjustment, but we'll give you all the details in the reply e-mail.
Regarding colors: as a rule, we only work with raw/natural colors, as this is what defines our style. However, if you would like to have some colored accents or a piece in another color, you should let us know the color, also by requesting it in the “Customize” section, so that we can see if this is possible.

We deliver by hand at no extra cost in the Ericeira, Mafra, Sintra, Queluz and Amadora areas.

Após a receção da encomenda, entraremos em contacto consigo via telefónica para combinar a data e o local de entrega.
Pelo que deve rever o seu contácto no campo destinado para tal. Caso exista algum erro entraremos em contacto via email (verifique sempre a caixa de spam).

The payment methods available on our website are:

Os valores dos portes são de 7 euros para Portugal Continental e Ilhas.

If the order is placed abroad, the price will depend on the destination and will be indicated at the payment stage.

If the value of the order is equal to or greater than €100, postage will be free to Portugal.

As a rule, the pieces don't get dirty, but over time they can get a little dusty, in which case we suggest gently vacuuming up the dust. If the piece gets dirty in a specific place, just brush it gently with water and neutral soap in the area in question.

Macramé pieces should not be placed in areas subject to humidity or direct sunlight. If you choose to place a piece outside, it should be protected from rain and direct sunlight.

Yes, we collect the sticks from the wild and then treat, sand and varnish them so that they last a long time.

All the pieces in the store are 100% handmade, so the measurements are approximate. Because it's handmade, each piece is unique and will therefore have slight variations, especially in the branches used, which will always be different, but that's what makes each piece special!
