Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
For Portugal, standard shipping arrives in 3 to 6 working days and express in 1 to 2 working days. If the piece says "Made to order", add 2 to 3 days, the time it takes us to make it.
Why do some pieces say "Pre-order"?
Those pieces aren't made yet. We start yours when you order it, and it takes an extra 2 to 3 working days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping 7 € for mainland Portugal and islands, free from 100 €. Express shipping 15 €. To Europe, 20 €.
Do you do hand delivery?
Yes, free of charge, in the Ericeira, Mafra, Sintra, Queluz and Amadora area. After ordering, we'll call you to arrange the day and place.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery, with the piece in the same condition you received it. If it arrives damaged, send us photos by email within the first 24 hours.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes. For Europe shipping costs 20 € and the timeframe depends on the destination; you see everything before paying.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
MB WAY, Multibanco, credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The pieces
Will my piece be exactly like the one in the photo?
Very similar, but not identical: each piece is handmade and the branch is always different. The measurements are approximate.
Can I request a piece in a different size or colour?
Yes. Place your order on the Customise page with the measurements and colour. We usually work in natural raw cotton, but we do accents or entire pieces in another colour when possible.
How do I clean a macramé piece?
Gently vacuum it to remove dust. If a spot gets dirty, brush just that area with water and mild soap. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
Are the branches treated?
Yes. We collect the branches in nature and then sand and varnish each one to make it last.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We sell online and at craft fairs; we announce the dates on Instagram and in the newsletter.
