About the piece
In Salt, the design starts with loose cords falling from the branch in arches, like necklaces. At the centre, the knots form elongated leaves, layered one above the other, and the piece ends in a long, pointed fringe. The lines are simple, letting the cotton and the knots stand out.
The square format of 70 × 70 cm sits well on a bedroom or living room wall, above a chest of drawers or a bed. It also works well on a gallery wall, alongside frames. It's from the same family as Coral: if you like both, they look great side by side.
Handmade in Ericeira, one piece at a time, with 100% natural cotton cord made in Portugal and a branch gathered from nature, sanded and varnished.
